Jom....tapi tak heboh....

Believe it or not folks.....I actually went for the jom heboh carnival. It was fun despite the rain & jam & roadblocks etc. The highlight
was seeing Ella singing close up, alas, she was moving around too much for me to get a good photo....We didn1t stay for the concert as I was afraid of the jam & also didn`t want to be a victim of 2nd hand smoke.

New PC.....

First the old pc`s modem got struck by lightning, then the monitor refused to work. I decided then to change to a new PC, after all can deduct from income tax maah. I got a quote from a friendly PC shop owner. After consulting my cousin, the price shot up by another rm400. Ouch. Here are some the specs :

Chico & my newest orchid.....

I first tried to buy this cutie pie orchid from Ikano after seeing it a week ago. After being caught in an hour long jam, I reached the place only to NOT find it there anymore. Sold out. Sigh. 2 weeks ago I went to MAHA, Upm & lo & behold, it was there for rm10. It`s actually only an inch high. Looks plastic doesn`t it ? That Chico my doggie sulking behind the flower coz he wasn`t feeling well that day, stomach upset.

Some samples of what`s available from Sg Buloh rite now. I dare not keep anymore roses coz they`re so susceptible to a lot of aphids, bugs etc attacks.

For 2 months straight, this has been the scene in the late afternoons. While it keeps some cars clean, I get tired from the traffic jams. I note with glee that an idiot I used to know now has to struggle to go to work far far away from KL. His life is getting from bad to worse as work becomes more demanding & his life becomes more complex. Heehee, rude selfish people deserve things like that. While I don`t wish for it, I geli hati when it happens. Serve him rite.
